Questions about QQFCTOO Flameless Candles
What powers the QQFCTOO prayer candles?
Each candle takes two AA batteries. The listing estimates about 300 hours of light per set of batteries. A remote with timer is included, so the candle can turn on at the same hour each evening without being touched.
Can these candles be used at Mass?
They are meant for home altars, bedside prayer spaces and memorial displays. Liturgical norms call for real candles on the altar and a real flame in the sanctuary lamp. A parish can still use them in a shrine or display where open flame is not allowed.
